Your privacy is important to us. Glen Drover Recording has created this Privacy Policy to explain how your information is protected, collected, and utilized. This Privacy Policy applies to this website we operate. This Privacy Policy probably will be updated when we are advised to do so. You can always review the most recent and only version here. By using our website and services, you consent to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and are aware that our policies will evolve in the future. If there is a conflict between our 'Terms of Use' governing your transactions, using our website, and this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use may control.

Glen Drover Recording privacy policy applies to this website that we operate; However, we are not liable for the practices our clients operate after our services are complete and final.

Glen Drover Recording does not contribute theft or fraud. If you are trying to scam or commit financial card theft, you will be reported to the appropriate resources. Under these circumstances, we can obtain your ip address, phone number, email address, the signatures and geographical coordinance of your whereabouts through a cellular tower grid or satellite operative.

Protecting Your Privacy

On our website the only information we presently ask for is on a general contact-submission form. The form requests "Name", "Email address", and "Message", which is submitted to our business email account. Your IP address and Geo Coordinates is also captured for security purposes. When Glen Drover Recording accepts payment for services rendered, an invoice requesting payment is sent to you at the email address "you" advise us to send the invoice to or the payment method required. Our transaction provider is PayPal.The invoice will require: Name, Email, Phone number, and your financial card information, which is in the convienence of security of PayPal. This information is used by us and PayPal to identify you and contact you.

Glen Drover Recording will not share any of your Personally Identifiable Information, except for the information you choose to publicly disclose, or with our advertisers or, any third-parties for marketing purposes.W

We do not sale email addresses. When you submit the contact form and click submit button, the form is reset.

Vital information and your email is secure and encrypted, between us, PayPal, and the email providers.

Glen Drover Recording does not knowingly collect information from persons 13 years of age or under. There is no "functionable" registration and login account available at this time. The contact form is not bound by age laws and is to the discretion of the person providing the device to access the internet. If Glen Drover Recording discovers that the individual is unauthorized the submitted informations will be removed.

Data Collects

Any information that we collect is used for the purposes of business procedure only. We do not collect your information for any other reason. The information we collect may be of the following:

* Your IP address and Geo Location Coordinates when you submit the contact form successfully

* Your name, email, telephone number, and residential or business address for our contact form and invoicing.

* When taking payments for services we may ask for a photo of your State driver license or ID card to verify who you are before we make a financial card transaction. Federal and State laws allow this under the United States Homeland Security Real ID Act. It is our responsibility to request identification for financial security verification of identity. We do not keep your identification on file under normal circumstances, so if you purchase services in the future, you may be asked again to provide ID. Your information may be kept 90 days to provide to law enforcement during an investigation or questionability of fradulent charges, or financial card theft.

* Credit card information, including credit card numbers, is collected but not stored. We use trusted third party vendors to handle secure credit card transactions for us. Our vendors use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and are PCI compliant.

All donations payments are transacted through PayPal and are separate from our website services transactions. These matters are under PayPal privacy policy outside of the information we collect as stated above.

Your name, email, phone number, and address is used to create a customer account, so you can be contacted during our services and return audio files. This is also necessary for assistance in identifying you for financial transactions.

Hours spent digitally preparing are not a refundable process and all amounts owed to Glen Drover Recording - will be pursued relentlessly by using all means necessary, included but not limited to United States Government resources, individual US State resources, Canadian Authorities and other Global resources. A procedure of digitally mastering audio files is a service that a refund is simply may not an option.
